What documents do I need to rent a car from WeGo?
A valid driving licence and an Aadhaar card (or another government ID). Originals are verified at pickup — that is all it takes.

How much is the security deposit?
₹5,000 for day rentals and ₹10,000 for weekly or monthly bookings. It is fully refundable and returned within 3–4 working days after we verify there are no E-challans, FASTag tolls or damages.

Is fuel included in the rental price?
Fuel works same-to-same: you receive the car at a marked fuel level and return it at the same level. Tolls, FASTag and parking during your trip are borne by you.

How many kilometres are free per day?
Most cars include 300 km per day. Extra kilometres are billed at ₹10–15 per km depending on the car, and an unlimited-kilometre package is available on every car.

Do you offer doorstep car delivery in Mumbai?
Yes. We deliver and collect cars at your home, office or airport anywhere in Mumbai. Pick-up and drop by our team carries a small additional charge.

Can I book a car with a driver?
Yes — chauffeur-driven packages of 4, 8 or 12 hours for city use, and per-kilometre outstation packages with a daily driver allowance for trips outside Mumbai.

Which areas of Mumbai do you serve?
We are based in Wadala and regularly serve Sion, Dadar, Matunga, Kurla, Chembur, BKC, Worli and all of Mumbai — plus outstation trips across Maharashtra.

What happens if I return the car late?
The first hour is free. Up to 3 hours late is charged as half a day's rent, and a delay beyond 4 hours is billed as one additional day.
